What began exploring Melbourne’s cafe scene evolved into a deep respect for flavour, sourcing and the craft of roasting. Rise Roasting was built from that foundation: to create coffee that is thoughtful, transparent and genuinely exceptional.

Every batch is roasted to order using carefully selected specialty-grade beans. Nothing sits on shelves. Nothing is rushed. Just coffee handled with precision and care.

Now based back in Sydney and raising a young family, Alexa understands that coffee isn’t just a ritual, it’s fuel for busy mornings, long afternoons and everything in between. It needs to be consistent, balanced and worth looking forward to.
