What started as hours spent exploring Melbourne’s best cafés turned into a genuine obsession with flavour, and the desire to roast coffee that makes sense: fresh, honest and truly enjoyable.

After refining her roasting techniques, Alexa created Rise Roasting to share small-batch, single-origin and blend coffees that are freshly roasted to order, never left sitting on shelves. Now back in her hometown of Sydney and raising a young family, she understands the need for a cup that’s more than just delicious, it needs to fuel the day.
